Get to know Pappelina.
The loom gives Pappelina’s patterns their structure. At its local weaving mill in Leksand, PVC ribbon meets a polyester warp to create the rugs’ surface. BOB Charcoal uses wide stripes rather than a small repeating motif, giving a runner a clear direction through a hallway or kitchen. Folded, hemmed edges complete the shape. The material choice is functional and specific; it should not be mistaken for a natural-fibre rug.

What catches our eye.
Broad stripes organise a narrow space without fine visual noise. The synthetic weave is best chosen for its documented use and care properties.
