Percival began in East London in 2010 with the idea of subverting the classics. Sometimes that means an unexpected motif; here, it means returning attention to a British knit. Team Thorpe knits the Forest jumper in Leicestershire using six-ply superfine lambswool. The crew neck, ribbed edges and plain green body leave the yarn and proportions to do the work, within the label’s Made in England capsule.
