YIBRI: origin & history.
Yvonne Lin launched YIBRI in 2023 after a path that crossed Canada and the United Kingdom. Her fashion studies took her from Toronto Metropolitan University to Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art; her London label brings that experience into a wardrobe built around the relationship between cloth and the body. YIBRI draws on the Five Elements and on the idea of vibration, but its language is tangible: a panel turned into a knot, a washed surface, a tailored line interrupted by a soft fold. Collections move between structured outerwear, draped jersey and textured skirts, keeping contrasts visible rather than smoothing them away. The black Asymmetrical Twisted-Knot Structured Skirt makes that approach legible in one piece. A twist across the front gathers the viscose into an uneven, descending hem, giving a restrained colour a sculptural outline.

A few pieces tell the story in their own way, through a shape, a material or a familiar gesture.
A closer look.
What catches our eye.
YIBRI’s interest lies in how a small construction decision changes a familiar garment. The twisted skirt stays black and unprinted, leaving the gathered panel and asymmetric hem to carry its character. That balance of wearable colour and expressive form is what brings the label into Selezio’s selection.
