The Health Protein Vanilla is a 520 g pea-and-brown-rice protein blend with added glutamine, shiitake, maitake, reishi, cordyceps, bilberry, camu camu and acai ingredients. It also contains natural flavouring, guar gum and the sweetener sucralose. The Vanilla nutrition table lists 31 g of protein per 40 g serving. Shake up to 40 g with 250–350 ml of water or milk, adjusting the liquid to taste, or add it to a smoothie or porridge. It is intended to complement food intake, with ingredients and portion size considered alongside the rest of the diet.
