Yabukita Kabuse Sencha — 50 g
Kettl’s Yabukita Kabuse Sencha comes from producer Jiro Katahira in Shizuoka. The tea is shaded for twelve days before hand harvesting, with a profile the brand describes as richly umami and intensely floral. Long, narrow leaves make the preparation visually distinctive. For a hot brew, Kettl recommends 5–6 g in 180 ml of water at about 79 °C for one minute. It brings an unroasted green-tea character alongside Kettl’s house-roasted hojicha.
