SuperYou® — 60 capsules

SuperYou puts four plant extracts into an amber bottle of 60 capsules. Shatavari, ashwagandha, amla and rhodiola form the blend, enclosed in a vegetable capsule made with hypromellose. Moon Juice’s stated portion is two capsules in the morning, with or without food; the bottle contains 30 such portions. This is the bottle format, separate from the individual sachets and refill packs in the range. The label lists an amount for each extract, giving a clear picture of what is in each serving. Magnesi-Om Berry is a powdered food supplement combining magnesium citrate, gluconate and acetyl taurinate with L-theanine. The Berry flavour also contains natural mixed-berry flavour, citric acid, monk-fruit extract and beet for colour. Moon Juice’s preparation is one teaspoon mixed into water. This is the Berry jar, distinct from Blue Lemon, single-serve sticks and the separate Sleepy formula. Check the current jar’s serving directions and Supplement Facts before use, especially when combining supplements. Keep it closed between uses and use a dry spoon to avoid introducing moisture.
