THE ESSENTIAL EDIT · Homemoonbird ↗︎
moonbird
moonbird is an adult handheld breathing guide with a soft silicone body and an optical sensor beneath the thumb. Its body expands and contracts to give a tactile rhythm. Standalone mode uses a saved exercise, while the app allows rhythm changes and displays session data. The device measures 122 × 54 × 44 mm and weighs 100 g. A magnetic USB cable charges it, and a basic-app purchase is offered separately from the premium-app bundle. Premium functions include Aura guidance and additional insights. The green finish is shown in the photograph; confirm the available colour and plan in the regional store.
