Lishan Winter Sprout — 30 g Pouch

Song Tea’s Lishan Winter Sprout is a Taiwanese oolong harvested in January 2026 at an elevation of 2,000 metres. Indoor withering is followed by a long, low-temperature oxidation, rolling and a convection roast. Its floral, green character comes with an unusually rounded texture as the leaves open through brewing. The selected resealable pouch holds 30 g of loose tea. Song’s starting recipe is 6 g leaves to 150 ml water at 205°F, about 96°C, for two minutes; the same leaves can then be explored through further infusions.
