Get to know Riva.
Metal gives a table object more than a durable surface: it catches light, reflects what is placed on it and makes an edge visible. Riva explores those qualities through objects produced in Brazil, with work that moves from forming and polishing to the finished piece. Its catalogue includes collaborations with designers as well as work by Estúdio Riva. Onda belongs to the latter. A broad stainless-steel tray rises into a wave-like edge, making the rim part of the composition rather than a simple boundary. The object can carry a serving gesture while retaining an interest of its own when empty.

What catches our eye.
The rim is the main design decision. Consider both its raised profile and the usable flat surface when choosing a size for serving or display.
