Organic Ceremonial Matcha — 30 g Caddy

Paper & Tea’s Organic Ceremonial Matcha is a Japanese green-tea powder from Kagoshima, supplied here in a 30 g caddy. The brand describes shade-grown leaves processed into tencha and ground in stone mills. Its preparation guide uses about 2 g of powder with 60 ml of water at roughly 70°C: sift first, then whisk in quick M-shaped strokes. It can also be poured over milk for a latte. Matcha contains caffeine; choose preparation and serving size with your own sensitivity in mind. The German tea house’s origin does not mean that this tea is grown in Germany.
